Q: Where will I meet my driver when I am at the airport?
A: You have following two options:
1. You may meet the driver at the baggage claim. The driver will carry a sign with your name on it. This service will cost you an extra $15.00, but if you are new to the airport, you probably want to consider this option.
2. You may meet the driver at the curb (applicable only for San Francisco and Oakland airports). This will not cost anything extra.
Q: What if my Arriving Flight is delayed?
A: Our Dispatch Center tracks all arriving flights, and we will be aware of all delayed flights. If you miss your flight or connecting flight, you must call into our Dispatch Center at 1-866-558-0222 to make them aware. Otherwise you will be charged a "no show" fare.
Q: Do I pay my driver gratuity or is it included?
A: Normally, gratuity is not included in your quoted fare. You may pay our driver with a cash gratuity or you can have it billed to your method of payment.
Q: How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice; however, same day service is available by calling our Dispatch Center at 1-866-558-0222 . (Certain trips may require more than 24 hours)
Q: How can I pay for my service?
A: We require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. You may pay for your service with cash, credit card or travellers check at the time of service. If you would like to open up an account with us, please call 1-866-558-0222
Q: How soon before a flight should I be picked up?
A: For domestic flights, we recommend being at the airport 1½ hours before your flight time. For International flights, we recommend being at the airport 3 hours before your flight time.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Changes and cancellations can be made within 5 hours for Airport Pickup and 48 hours for Hourly charter by calling 925-447-0222. A full fare, including a 15% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than time specified, before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. If for any reason, you could not locate the chauffeur call 925-447-0222. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with us. We will not be responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
